Standard Postage Rate is £4.95 for UK addresses.

Orders over £50.00 postage is Free within the UK.

Delivery times-

Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery. However most orders are usually fulfilled much sooner.

Pre-Orders-

Some high demand products may be offered for pre-order.  This means you may order and reserve the product for delivery as soon as the stock is delivered to us by the manufacturer.   This will ensure that you will be one of the first to receive new products.  Please note that all stated stock availability dates are made in good faith and can be subject to change or delay due to the manufacturer changing dates.   www.doctorwhogear.co.uk can not be held responsible for delays resulting from suppliers.  

Overseas Worldwide Shipping

We can ship orders Worldwide.   At Doctor Who Gear we understand that every order is unique.  We do not make a profit on overseas postage.   The price it costs us to ship your order is the price that we charge you.   Please e-mail us at info@doctorwhogear.co.uk with your proposed order and our team will calculate the shipping cost and advise you of the various prices and delivery speeds available.  Most orders can be delivered anywhere in the world within 14 days but may take longer at certain times due to national holidays.     Whilst most of our products can be shipped Worldwide please note that some larger items cannot, due to size and weight restrictions.   We look forward to being of service to you.

Returns-

Postage will only be reimbursed if an item is faulty or has been sent by mistake.

Please send these items back Royal Mail 2nd Class Post as this will be all you are refunded for.

Do not send back on a signature service as often there is nobody in early enough to sign for these items.

Any items returned to us as Unsuitable, Unwanted or for a different size will be at your own cost.
