Standard Postage Rate is £4.95 for UK addresses.

Orders over £50.00 postage is Free within the UK.

Delivery times-

Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery. However most orders are usually fulfilled much sooner.

Overseas-

Please email us at info@doctorwhogear.co.uk with your proposed order for an accurate postage quote. Items in this instance will be despatched Airmail which can take up to 14 working days.

Returns-

Postage will only be reimbursed if an item is faulty or has been sent by mistake.

Please send these items back Royal Mail 2nd Class Post as this will be all you are refunded for.

Do not send back on a signature service as often there is nobody in early enough to sign for these items.

Any items returned to us as Unsuitable, Unwanted or for a different size will be at your own cost.
